America’s Car-Mart of Woodstock Hosts the Butterfly Whisper 2023 Back to School Book Bag Giveaway
WHAT: America’s Car-Mart of Woodstock will host the Butterfly Whisper 2023 Back to School Book Bag Giveaway.
WHEN: 12 – 5 p.m., Saturday, July 29
WHERE: 7336 Hwy 92, America’s Car-Mart of Woodstock
WHO: Students, Car-Mart customers, community members
WHY:
Says General Manager Wes Bailey: “At America’s Car-Mart, we’re all about giving back, especially when it involves kids. That’s why we’re super excited to host Butterfly Whisper with their 2023 Back to School Book Bag Giveaway at our Car-Mart location.
It’s important that kids go to school with a brand-new set of supplies so they can focus on learning. Together, we can make back to school a joyful time for all our students in need!”
Butterfly Whisper provides assistance, along with daily essentials, food, and shelter to those within the Cherokee, Bartow, and Pickens Counties. The organization helps individuals who are affected by poverty and homelessness in order to promote community welfare for all citizens.
HOW:
Backpacks will be given to kindergartners to high school students residing in Cherokee, Bartow, and Pickens Counties. (While supplies last. Each child must bring valid ID and birth certificate)
Plus, complimentary food will be served to all participants.
