WOODSTOCK, GA — After over four impactful years serving coffee and community at The Circuit coworking space in Woodstock, Circle of Friends is officially moving all operations to their standalone location, Flourish Café, in Hickory Flat.
Circle of Friends Circuit Café opened in February 2021 and recently expanded into an individual location at Flourish in August 2024. Now, following strong community support and growing demand, they are transitioning full-time into Flourish Café — a larger, dedicated space where they can expand their offerings and continue building meaningful connections.
“The Circuit Café was where possibility met purpose for Circle of Friends,” said Diane and Glenn Keen, Founders of Circle of Friends. “We are deeply grateful for the role The Circuit played in launching our mission – it gave us a place to grow, to connect, and to prove that neurodiverse adults can thrive in supportive employment. Moving to Flourish Café is not just a relocation; it’s the next step in a dream that started right here.”
“We’re incredibly proud of the journey Circle of Friends has taken,” said Heath Tippens, President of the Cherokee Office of Economic Development (COED), who manages The Circuit Woodstock in partnership with Chattahoochee Technical College and the Woodstock Office of Economic Development. “They represent what’s possible when local entrepreneurs are given the right environment to grow — and their success story is a win for the entire community.”
The Circuit is a coworking, collaboration, and innovation space for students, entrepreneurs, and the local community only a short walk from Downtown Woodstock. As a collaboration between COED, the Woodstock Office of Economic Development, and Chattahoochee Technical College, the dedicated and shared office spaces have been specifically crafted for early-stage ventures to take advantage of professional amenities while building connections at an affordable rate. The café is located inside the Collaboration Room, a free space that is open to the public.
With Circle of Friends now fully transitioned to Flourish, the café space inside The Circuit is available for a new small business. This is a prime opportunity for a local entrepreneur to launch a coffee shop, café, or creative retail concept in a vibrant coworking environment with daily foot traffic and a built-in business community.
“We’re inviting coffee vendors with a heart for community to consider joining us at The Circuit,” said Tippens. “It’s a great place to start small and grow strong — just like Circle of Friends did.”
You can now visit Circle of Friends at Flourish Café: A Place to Gather and Grow, located at 2864 E Cherokee Dr, Canton, GA 30115. They are open Monday through Saturday, from 7 a.m. until 2:30 p.m.
Congratulations to Circle of Friends on this exciting new chapter — and we can’t wait to see Flourish flourish! If you are interested in opening your own Circuit Café, apply here.
