WOODSTOCK, GA (December 17, 2025) – The City of Woodstock would like to remind all property owners within city limits that 2025 property tax bills are due by December 31, 2025. Tax statements were mailed in mid- to late October and are now payable.
Important reminders for property owners:
• You may pay online using the City’s secure payment portal at woodstockga.gov/pay.
• Checks or money orders should be made payable to “City of Woodstock, Georgia” and mailed to:
City of Woodstock – Finance Dept., 12453 Hwy 92, Woodstock, GA 30188.
• Delinquent accounts (not paid by December 31) will accrue interest and penalties. As a reminder, property values are determined by the Cherokee County Tax Assessors Office, and the City’s portion of the tax is based on the millage rate established for 2025.
“If you have not received a bill perhaps due to a recent property purchase, you are still responsible for ensuring payment by December 31st,” noted Woodstock Chief Finance Officer Ron Shelby. “Contact the Finance Department if you need assistance.”
