CANTON, GA (September 29, 2026) – Looking for a fun and delicious way to explore Cherokee County this fall? Destination Cherokee GA, the tourism arm of the Cherokee County Chamber of Commerce, is teaming up with 14 local businesses to launch an exciting Tailgate Party Tastings Tour for the month of October. Food lovers and adventure seekers alike can experience the variety of offerings around Cherokee County while traveling at their own pace and curating their own flavorful journey.
Fourteen specialty burgers have been created for you to enjoy, so join us in Ball Ground where Dominic’s Wood Fired is offering The All-American Burger, in a retro 1950s themed atmosphere. Six businesses in Canton are participating including Queenie’s serving The Red Zone Burger and Bully Run, a new restaurant at The Mill on Etowah, offering The Rookie Burger. Three customer favorite restaurants across Canton, B&B Tavern Sixes and B&B Free Home, are serving up a mouthwatering Bourbon Burger, while the downtown Canton location, B&B Social, adds an entertainment mix with the burger offerings. Two additional Canton options are Hickory Flat Kitchen providing The Blitz Burger in a cozy, trendy environment, or stop by The Holler, a hotspot in the heart of downtown Canton for trivia, live music, and the new Hail Mary Burger. In the Holly Springs area, choose the lively sports hub at Sidelines Holly Springs for a Tailgate Bacon Burger on game day or any other day in October. When visiting Woodstock, Rally Point Grille has delightful American fare with a USA-Veteran inspired décor serving up The Gridiron Stack in a relaxed, family-friendly environment. Head to downtown Woodstock where Brothers Wilmot Kitchen, located inside Stout Brothers, is featuring Red Hot Rivalry Sliders in this chef-driven farm-to-table concept, or if you are in the mood for southern cuisine, JD’s On Main is serving up The Pigskin Burger just in time for the big game! Around the corner in Towne Lake, visit Donovan’s Irish Cobbler to try The HOT Route Burger, or Keegan’s Public House where they are tailoring their Irish heritage into a welcoming experience for The Touchdown Stack. With so many options, don’t just choose one location, get family and friends involved to make an adventure of it!

Once you register for the free digital pass, you will receive a link to coupons to be used in October at the participating restaurants. You will have the opportunity to receive a prize based on how many locations you check into via the registered digital pass that you will validate once you are on-site. Visit three locations earn a prize; visit seven locations earn a prize; the more you visit, the more prizes you earn! Make the purchase of your choice (we recommend the burgers!), then post a photo at each business you visit using the tag #TastingsTourOct26 to earn an entry for giftcard drawings.
