CANTON, GA – This July, History Cherokee is showing appreciation for educators with free admission to the Cherokee County History Center! Teachers, administrators, and school staff from public and private institutions can enjoy complimentary entry all month long by presenting a valid school ID.

Admission for additional guests is just $5 per person for adults; children 18 and under are free.

“Educators give so much of their time, energy, and resources,” said History Cherokee Executive Director Stefanie Joyner. “We’re proud to offer a meaningful way to say thank you and help spark inspiration as the new school year approaches.”

Whether you’re planning a summer outing with loved ones or seeking fresh ideas for your classroom, the Cherokee County History Center offers engaging exhibits and hands-on experiences that bring local history to life.

This special offer is valid throughout July for all educational professionals—including teachers, administrators, and support staff. Simply show your school ID at check-in to receive free admission.

The Cherokee County History Center is open Tuesday – Saturday, 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. For more information call 770-345-3288 or visit historycherokee.org.
