Woodstock, GA (March 28, 2025) – The Woodstock Municipal Court is pleased to announce an Amnesty Program for individuals with outstanding fines, citations, or violations. This limited-time opportunity aims to help individuals resolve obligations while reducing the financial burden associated with a case.
From April 1, 2025, to April 30, 2025, eligible individuals can address their outstanding fines or violations with waived late fees and dismissal of Failure to Appear charges. The Court’s goal is to support community members in regaining compliance without the risk of additional penalties or enforcement actions.
To take advantage of this program, contact the Court at 770-592-6025 for further information. When reaching out, be prepared to provide your full name, date of birth, and citation number, if available.
“We encourage those with outstanding fines to use this opportunity to resolve your outstanding matters and avoid further legal complications,” said Clerk of Court Misty Smith. “And we look forward to helping you achieve a successful resolution.”
